The „family” route is meant for the families with children over the age of seven. This route does not require special training, so it is suitable for beginners. It is a great way of spending time with family, because the level of difficulty of the obstructions is appropriate also for people who are not trained well.

The „теле́жка” („Tyrol”) route is designed for people over the age of twelve and requires former training (medium difficulty level).

The „extreme” route is the most difficult of the routes in the rope course and is designed only for people over the age of fourteen, after an appropriate training.

The biking route is 22 kilometers long and the canoeing route on the river Węgorapa is 8 kilometers long.

In Ozyorsk there is a sports school, educating children and teenagers as well as adults. The most popular sports are volleyball and football.
