It is located in the „Zariecznyj” park. Until 1945, it was the park of the town hall, next to the building of Landrat. In the middle of 18th century, there was a weaving room situated there. Until the end of the seventies, the memorial stone and the marble plate on the oak had been at their places. Later, the plate disappeared, the stone broke in two and the rest got lost during the demolition of the town hall, which ceased to serve as a dormitory for the students of technical college, when their number decreased.
